POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Outside Food and Beverage

No outside food is allowed within the Metro East Sportsplex premises.
Players are permitted to bring in one individual drink.
Absolutely no coolers or glass containers are allowed.
Water fountains are available for hydration needs.

Gum and Court Etiquette

Gum chewing is not permitted on the courts.
Bouncing or other volleyball handling activities outside of the court area are prohibited.

Seating Policy

No outside chairs are allowed in the facility, except for bleacher seats provided at all courts.

Entry and Exit Guidelines

All customers must enter and exit through the main doors of the facility.
Entry or exit through emergency exits is strictly prohibited.

Footwear Requirement

Clean, non-marking rubber-soled athletic shoes are required for all individuals accessing the courts.

Personal Belongings

Metro East Sportsplex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. Visitors are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times.

Smoke-Free Environment

Metro East Sportsplex is a smoke-free facility.
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and within 20 feet of any entrance.
